- You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to organize, label, and ship your videotapes to us. If you ordered a shipping label, it will be included in the email.
- We’ll digitize your videotapes and keep you updated via email every step of the way. Processing typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks.
- Finally, you’ll receive an email with cloud access to view your videos online. We will let you know when your original videotapes are on their way back to you, including shipment tracking information. If you ordered a USB or DVD, those will be included in the shipment as well.
