How Capture eGift Cards Work
We know it’s hard to know exactly how many boxes of photos or home movies are in your loved one’s attic, basement, or storage closet. We now have a new solution for when you don’t know how deep the memory box is.
1. Choose A Gift Card Amount
Choose the value that makes the most sense for your loved one's media. We recommend the $100 option if you aren't sure where to begin.
2. Give the Gift of Memories
The eGift Card will be delivered immediately to your email where you can then either print out the eGift Card to give to your loved one or forward the email straight to them.
3. Process Original Media
Your eGift Card recipient will have instructions on how to send and track their order. After we finish carefully digitizing all your recipient’s media, we will send their items back to them.
4. Share & Enjoy Your Memories
Your recipient will also receive digitized copies in their choice(s) of format: a secure downloadable link, USB or DVD. They can enjoy and share their memories with family and friends.

For every $50 you spend on an eGift Card, receive a $10 eGift Card to use for yourself in the New Year! For example, if you purchase a $150 eGift Card, you will receive a $30 eGift Card to use in 2025. A gift for a loved one, AND a gift for yourself!
Your eGift Card will be sent to you via email by January 13, 2025. This email will contain a code that you can apply to your digitization order after that date. eGift cards will expire April 25, 2025.

The Capture eGift Card is designed for any of Capture's digitization services (videotapes, film reels, photos, photo albums, or digital devices). Here's some examples for your eGift Card recipient to choose from: $50, $100, $150, or $200.
In short, we digitize all formats of old media, including tapes, film reels, photos and more. Here is a list of the formats we accept:
• Video: VHS, S-VHS, Betamax, VHS-C, S-VHS-C, Video8, Hi-8, Digital8, DV, DVCAM, MiniDV, DVC
• Film: 8 mm, Super 8 mm, 16 mm
• Photos (2" x 2" up to 8" x12 "), various slides (35 mm, Super 35 mm, 110, 126, 127, 127 Superslide, 120/220 Medium Format)
• Various negatives: 35 mm, APS Film, 110 Film, 110/220 Film, 126 Instamatic film, large negatives.
• Digital media: Secure Digital (SD), Smart Media (SM), MultiMediaCard (MMC), Compact Flash (CF), xD-Picture Card, USB Drive, CD/DVD
Your recipient will receive their completed order in about 4 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive their media; it will include their originals and any Digital Copy, USB, or DVD ordered.
When you digitize your memories with Capture, we want to make sure you are happy with the results. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us for reprocessing.
