    What types of slides do you accept?

    We accept 35mm mounted slides in cardboard, plastic, or glass mounts. This includes Kodachrome, Ektachrome, Fujichrome, and all other 35mm transparency film types. Slides can be sent in carousels, trays, or loose in boxes.

    Do I need to remove slides from their carousel trays?

    No. You can send entire carousels, trays, or boxes. Our team will carefully remove and re-slot each slide during the scanning process.

    What resolution are the scans?

    All 35mm slides are scanned at up to 600 DPI, producing high-resolution JPEG files suitable for large reprints, enlargements, and archival storage.

    How are the scans delivered?

    Your scans are uploaded to MemoryCloud for instant access. You can also sync them to Google Photos automatically. If you ordered a USB drive, your files will be loaded on it and shipped with your originals.

    How long does the process take?

    Processing typically takes 2–3 weeks from when we receive your order. Large collections (500+ slides) may take a bit longer. We'll keep you updated throughout.

    Will I get my original slides back?

    Yes, always. Your original slides are returned via FedEx in the same shipment as your digital output. We never keep or dispose of your originals.
