    What types of digital media do you accept?

    We accept DVDs, MiniDVDs, CDs, CD-Rs, VCDs, SD cards, microSD cards, CompactFlash cards, CFexpress cards, and USB flash drives of any size. If you have a format not listed here, contact us — we likely support it.

    How are the files delivered?

    All transferred files are uploaded to your personal MemoryCloud library, where you can stream, download, and share them from any device. You can also sync directly to Google Photos. If you'd like a physical copy, add a USB drive output to your order.

    Will I get my original media back?

    Yes — always. All original discs, cards, and drives are returned to you in the same shipment as your digital files.

    Can you recover files from a damaged or unreadable disc or card?

    In many cases, yes. We use professional-grade disc readers and memory card forensic tools that can handle scratches, mild data corruption, and logical errors. Severe physical damage may limit recovery, and we'll let you know upfront.

    What if my DVD has copyright protection?

    We transfer personal home recordings and self-authored DVDs only. We are unable to copy commercially pressed, copy-protected DVDs.

    How long does the process take?

    Most digital media orders are processed in 1–2 weeks from when we receive your items. You'll receive an email notification when your files are ready.

    What file formats will my media be transferred in?

    Files are transferred exactly as they are stored on your media. DVD video is delivered as MP4, ISO, or individual VOB files depending on the disc structure. All other files (photos, documents, videos, music) are transferred in their original format.
