After digitizing your media, we load all your files onto a brand-new, factory-sealed USB drive. Files are organized by media type for easy browsing.

How much does a USB drive cost?

USB thumb drives are available as an add-on to any order. The price varies by capacity — check your order summary for the exact pricing based on your project size.

What size USB drive will I receive?

We select the appropriate drive capacity based on the size of your project. For most orders, a standard 32GB or 64GB drive is more than sufficient. Larger projects may receive a higher-capacity drive.

Can I provide my own USB drive?

For quality assurance and security reasons, we use our own brand-new, factory-sealed USB drives for every order. We do not accept customer-supplied drives.

What file format are files stored in?

Videos are stored as MP4 files, photos as high-resolution JPEGs, and audio as MP3 files. All formats are universally compatible and play on any modern device.

Is the USB drive my only delivery option?

No. Every order includes 90 days of free MemoryCloud access for instant online viewing and sharing. USB is an optional add-on for customers who want a physical backup. You can also sync files to Google Photos.

How long will the USB drive last?

USB flash drives use solid-state NAND storage with no moving parts. Under normal storage conditions, they retain data reliably for 10+ years. We recommend keeping a cloud backup as well for maximum safety.
