By digitizing your media, you can preserve these memories for future generations. Additionally, you can protect your memories in case of unexpected events, like wildfires and floods.
1. From this page, select the media you would like to preserve. 2. Complete the order form and proceed to checkout.
If needed, sign in to your Capture Home Movie and Photo Transfer account.
3. Complete your Shipping and Billing information, and click "Place My Order".
4. Print your Shipping Documents.
5. Pack your order according to the Shipping Documents provided once your order is placed.
6. Drop off your shipment at the shipper of your choice. If you chose the option for a pre-paid UPS shipping label, visit your local UPS drop-off location to drop off your shipment.
Every order comes with a 60-day MemoryCloud account where you can view, download, and share your digitized memories straight from your account on any device. You also have the option to add USB or DVD copies to your order.

Once your order has completed processing, you will have the option to connect your Google Photos account. Your digitized memories will then be automatically added to your Google Photos library.
Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.
Note: Movie film will be cleaned and spliced onto new 7-inch plastic reels. Your original reels will be returned empty.
