We barcode each piece of your media and track your order in transit, during the digitization process, and on its way back to you.
From the minute your media arrives to the time we ship it back to you, we track every single step of your order.
You will receive regular email notifications and can check order status throughout the process.
Every video and image that we digitize is securely backed up for 60 days after your order is completed.
In short, we digitize all formats of old media, including tapes, film reels, photos and more. Here is a list of all the formats we accept.
You will receive your completed order in about 4 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media; it will include your originals and any Digital Copy, USB, or DVD you ordered.
Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.

No problem! Please add additional items in the kit. We will invoice you at the rate of $18 per additional item added.
First of all, you will receive the original media you mailed to us. You will also receive a digital copy of each media in a downloadable format, plus any additional devices you ordered, such as a USB thumb drive and DVDs.
When you digitize your memories with Capture, we want to make sure you are happy with the results. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us for reprocessing.
